Keep the current automation or checklist while it covers the job. Evaluate Pabbly Connect Free only for a counted 100-task trial. Evaluate Standard only after Free is the measured limit and the $19 monthly or $194 yearly invoice fits. Do not pick a winner from commission rates.
Questions before you decide
Is Pabbly Connect cheaper than Make?
Do not rank them from these cards. Pabbly Connect Free is 100 tasks/month at $0. Standard is $19/mo or $194/year for 10,000 tasks, recaptured 2026-09-15 from pabbly.com/connect/?currency=usd. Make Free listed 1,000 credits/month on 2026-09-13; the Make pricing page returned 403 on 2026-09-15, so that Free limit is reused. Units differ. Keep the tool that already runs the job.
Can I treat $16/mo as the Standard cash due?
No. The official Connect page lists Standard monthly at $19 and Standard yearly at $194 (the yearly card also shows $16/mo). $194 is due now on yearly billing. Unlimited is $79/mo, or $69/mo on the yearly toggle. Connected apps can cost extra.
Should I switch because Pabbly pays 30% lifetime?
No. That is a published publisher rate with a 365-day cookie, not measured workflow quality. No enrollment is claimed. Keep your current automation or checklist when it already meets the job.
